Diary of the Hunt, Edward D. Tittman’s account of a hunt on the east slopes of the Black Range, which he went on in November 1909, was published in the Free Range Blog during the first quarter of calendar year 2016. We are always looking for linkages, because history does not occur in isolation. The trip which Tittman (photo right) describes in this book is into the area which Margaret Rea describes in “Spell of the Black Range”, she and her family lived in the area for years.
